I think it's a glitch they are working on or you can't store stolen hangar vehicles/aircraft and store them. The Lazer saved fine for me. Just buy the tank, it's much better value as you can take it out and blow it up and it always respawns back at your hangar. Edit : I found a solution and it seems that if you go to windows documents - Rockstar Games - GTA V - Profiles - Your profile, you'll find a file named cloudsavedata.dat.
